Welcome to GloboST, a social media platform owned and operated by Ayka Telecom & Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2015 and owned by Manish Kumar Sharma and Monika Sharma (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using GloboST (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree, you may not use GloboST.

1. Eligibility

To use GloboST, you must:

• modify (formatting, resizing, etc.)

• distribute

• publicly display

• publicly perform

• create derivative works

This license enables GloboST to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You can delete your content anytime, but copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

3.3 Responsibility for Your Content

You are solely responsible for what you post.

You agree not to post content that is:

• illegal

• hateful, abusive, or harassing

• sexually explicit involving minors

• violent or extremist

• promoting self-harm

• spam or misleading

• infringing on intellectual property

• violating someone else’s privacy

4. Platform Behavior Rules

GloboST integrates third-party tools such as:

• Google Sign-In

• Apple Sign-In

• Analytics tools

• Cloud hosting

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for their content, data practices, or outages.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You agree to use GloboST at your own risk.

9. Modifications to Service
